- Payment must be made at the time of booking otherwise you may forfeit the required date unless other arrangements have been agreed with the Director.
- If you do not bring the required PPE, we reserve the right to cancel your course and charge in full.
- If you cancel the course or do not re-arrange and attend within 7 days of the course commencement the full fee will be charged.
- If you act inappropriately or insult any of our staff or other candidates/visitors in any way, we reserve the right to cancel your course with immediate effect and the full fee will be charged.
- You must follow all the the Health and Safety Site rules and regulations, if you do not, we reserve the right to cancel your course and the full fee will be charged.
- You must sign in and out when you arrive and leave.
- You must park so that your vehicle does not obstruct others, parking is at your own risk. We do not take responsibility for any damage or theft of your vehicle or goods within.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. If you smoke in a non-smoking area or in any of our buildings or offices, we reserve the right to cancel your course and the full fee will be charged.
- If you do not give the correct information at the time of booking and this mis-leads the instructor, we reserve the right to cancel your course and the full fee will be charged.

Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified; you can be assured that it will only be used i accordance with our Privacy Policy.
